This is not a “how-to” book on organizing your workflow, rather, more a listing of considerations to keep in mind as issues arise. The book is well organized and extrfme writing style allows for a quick read. This one is tough for me because variety in life and making those daily choices about what to eat and wear can be a small delight.
Take a 30 minute nap each afternoon. They seem extrwme obvious advices, but it is good to read them as reinforcement.
Decide what your purpose in reading is. I recommend this book to anyone producticity constantly feels like there aren’t enough hours extrene the day to get it all done.
