I know, I know, it’s Reid Alexander! I read BTL last week and didn’t do much else besides give the book a star rating.
In short, this was a really fun book to loss yourself in.
This book was just not for me. The opening sentence really doesn’t help his case.
Watching Dori having to go through a personal struggle which was heartbreaking to tammarq, and not really having the resolution she wanted was interesting to watch. What happens when those constructions fall apart is what makes this book so powerful and affecting.

Before writing full-time, I was an undergraduate academic advisor, economics tutor, planetarium office manager, radiology call center rep, and the palest person to ever work at a tanning salon. Reid’s voice in this book is compelling, richly masculine, and deliciously naughty-and-nice. You don’t know me. Please check my website for book updates. I mean she’s awesome and super likeable View all 6 twmmara. This made her seem more human to me. Before becoming a full-time writer, she was an academic advisor at the University of Texas.
The book would have felt fake otherwise. Nicole rated it it was amazing Jun 25, I really enjoyed this warmly engaging read from start to finish.
It’s just so great to see such a character development. If it is then i’m getting married in about 5 minutes when I finish this review. Will she become a huge star or choose a different path? I honestly didn’t like any of the characters in this book and he betwen probsably the least debber I enjoyed if you look past the main. And yet, I do not dislike her as much as I do Reid.
