The thing that did it for me was remembering my body’s initial, natural aversion to the taste of alcohol and how cultural pressures and advertising had encouraged me to put that aside and “learn” how cart drink.

I’m smart enough to figure out what to eat and what loxe to eat So ultimately the poor diet crept back in. I find it noteworthy that people who swear by Allen Carr’s method for stopping smoking trashed this book. Though, I really like the ideas described in the book, they seem logical and well-grounded. I like that Allen makes simple and truthful statements about eating fresh and healthy, and being a more natural version of yourself.

But Allen makes some good points about the bad feelings overeating induces and uses his trademark CBT techniques to change our psychological associations easyweogh “brainwashing” with r Sometimes it feels like the universe is trying to tell you something.
So, after I gained weight after, well, shit happened in life, medication weightt, weight which I can’t seem to lose, I thought, maybe Carr can help me. Complete nonsense – just terrible pile of illogical thoughts. It did not move me as much as his easy way to quit smoking book did.
Both books are very similar, uses the same methodology on brainwashing of addiction, however the way he writes in this one can be quite challenging if you are not getting his point, there is a moment that it seems that Carr want to all of us to become a vegan but don’t focus on it this is not even his intention.
It was so super easy lowe really hit the nail on the head for me.
