Article 25 Protocols 1. Article 26 Amendments to the Agreement 1. The Parties shall assign risk levels to each identified hazard according to agreed criteria. The Annex or the amendment to an Annex shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the deposit with the Depositary of the instruments of ratification, approval or acceptance of all Parties.
